Return policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at +91-7976870863 . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. After approval from our side you have to courier the product at location we mentioned on Call.

4. After the package arrives we will contact you for the next exchange process.

5. Exchange process completed with new order details send to customer registered mobile number.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will call your for the new product.

Refunds

Refund service available when order is cancelled from our side due to some issue with order. Note only we are able to cancel and initiate refund

Refund Process may take 10-14 days to credit into your account you will get update from razorpay team like RRN number and Refund id on your email id.
